Kevin is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has spent approximately 17 years with the 3i Group, responsible for their core private equity business across the UK, with a team of 10 Directors and 40 executives. He is also chairman of Inoapps Ltd, a vendor of Oracle software, of Ramco Ltd, a service company focussed on the oil sector, and a nxd on retailer SpaceNK. He has served as chairman or non-executive Director on more than 20 companies over the last 15 years including Smart Metering Systems plc, Valiant Petroleum plc, Wyndeham Press Group, Craneware plc, Booker plc, David Lloyd Leisure, and Phase 8.
Kevin won the Institute of Directors Scotland, Non-Executive Director of the Year Award in March 2013. Kevin graduated from Edinburgh University in 1982 and has attended management courses at INSEAD, IESE and Ashridge. He is resident in the UK.
